Again a sound comparison between the pineapple Brüko and the No.6. Now there are brown medium Worth strings on the pineapple Brüko. Again a piece played on two Brüko ukuleles. As a matter of fact, two versions of this piece are contained in Susato’s Danserye, and I combined them in this recording. Again everything was recorded with identical settings.

The Zarabanda francesa by Gaspar Sanz (from Book 1, page 12). The first Brüko is an experimental pineapple soprano with Aquila Red strings. The second is my good ol’ Brüko No.6 with brown Worth medium strings. Both recordings were made with exactly the same settings. The difference in loudness between the ukuleles was preserved. (The…
