More Christmas carols in the evangelic church Birkenau

Three more Christmas carols, played in the evangelic church in Birkenau:

O Kerstnacht, schoner dan de dagen

A beautiful old dutch Christmas carol.

The Wexford Carol

A phantastic traditional Irish Christmas Carol, played with my Brüko No.6.

Maria durch ein Dornwald ging

My arrangement of an old advent song, played with my Brüko No.6 soprano ukulele. The arrangement is from my free e-book “Weihnachten mit der Ukulele”. Again in the evangelic church in Birkenau. This time the white balance worked better in the video post processing, I guess.

Lo, How a Rose E’er Blooming

Recently I had the opportunity to record in the evangelic church of Birkenau. I’m again using my Brüko No.6 to play this wonderful old Christmas Carol. The audio recording is unprocessed (except normalization).

Sleepers Awake

And old hymn, often sung at the end of the liturgical year.

Deck the Halls

A wonderful old-fashioned Christmas Carol, also to be found in my English e-book. Played on my Brüko No.6. I wish you all a merry Christmas season!

Tedesca la proficia

Another amazing renaissance harpsichord piece by Marco Facoli. Kinda worked on the uke.

BWV 156, Sinfonia

The Sinfonia from the famous cantata BWV 156 by Johann Sebastian Bach. I played it with my Brüko No.6 soprano ukulele.

O Come, O Come, Emmanuel

Merry Christmas! This early Christmas Carol was originally written in Latin and was called “Veni Emmanuel”.
